Description

MARTIN AUDIO SXH218 is a high-performance passive subwoofer capable of delivering a peak sound pressure of 148 dB at a distance of 1 m. It is ideally suited for WPS, WPC, and WPL line arrays where maximum low-frequency levels are required, and will also serve as an excellent standalone solution for premium permanent installations, such as in nightclubs.

The MARTIN AUDIO SXH218 consists of two 18" (460 mm) LF drivers and a 4.5" (115 mm) voice coil, and features a hybrid horn-reflex design. The frequency response is 32 Hz – 150 kHz ±3 dB. The nominal power of the subwoofer is 3000 W AES, while the peak is 12000 W. The nominal impedance is 4 Ohms. The rear panel is equipped with two NL4 type connectors, allowing the SXH218 to be connected to an amplifier, such as the iKON iK42.

MARTIN AUDIO SXH218 is made from multi-layer birch and poplar plywood with a textured black finish. The drivers are protected by a steel grille, and the cabinet itself is equipped with special handles.
